HELP

Where do I begin. I'm telling you, today was much more of a Monday than it was a Friday. Last night I experienced my first night of Pregnancy Insomnia. Oh I remember when I was pregnant with Connor I would be up in the middle of the night so much just watching TV, searching the internet or lying in bed next to Patrick wondering why he was sleeping so peacefully while I was so restless. Around 10 last night, Patrick, Bailey, Max and I fell fast asleep, and at 3:27 I was up! I was up thinking about anything and everything a person could think of. Last night was rough for me because I knew that at 6 am our alarm was going to go off and when Connor woke up I would be up too, but I had no idea what Connor had in store for me today. It began like any other day. Milk, breakfast, Sesame Street, a good amount of toy time, then off to nap land for Connor. When all of the sudden there rose such a clatter! I heard a terribly loud noise that made the dogs jump up too. As I was running downstairs I hear Connor screaming and what...What else was he doing? He was KNOCKING ON HIS BEDROOM DOOR! He jumped out of his bed. My 14 month old son jumped out of his crib. I'm not ready for this. He is way to young to be in a bed. I called Patrick and as soon as he got home from work we went and got a crib cage. Yes, that's right my son is now caged. Please if any of you have any advice for me regarding the extreme baby sports I would love it. If any of you have used the tents please let me know what you think of them. Thanks in advance!

cass i am so sorry!! i have no idea what to tell you!!

Aunt Gaye had 3 sons and they had to have their nap. They did not have crib covers, but I would lie on the rug next to their bed until they fell asleep. I usually took a tiny nap too, but they knew better than move around or climb out as alpha was right there.
Let me know how the cover works. Good luck. Love, Aunt G

Hey- I think that you should move him into a little toddler bed-- they have little side rails or depending on how low it is- he won't need it. I moved my first into hers at 14 months-- haven't moved Kyrsten into one yet- cause she is a little Garfield. She prefers being picked up out of the crib like a princess:) (Hey- Connor better start practicing if he's gonna make her happy!! hehe) But- I think it's safer to get him out of the crib sooner! He's a little climber already!
