What a day

I have to say it was a great Friday! Keri talked me into taking a couple hours and hanging out and I am so glad she did. We went to Gabes, then had some saganaki and other yummies for lunch, then we went to Cheeseburger in Paradise for the absolute best Pina Colada in the world! What a great time we had, and she was right, that drink was wonderful and wow did it really take me away to a tropical paradise if only for a 1/2 hour. The kids were just wonderful. Connor was just my little dream come true, he was on his best behavior all day long, and Jordyn, well she was just her perfect little self all day. I have to thank them for making this the best Friday ever. And Keri, thank you for being you and being such a great friend. And thanks for the belly laugh later in the day!

Party Like a Rock Star

Mommy's little rock star. I actually think I saw a picture of me sort of like this when I was little. I wish I had a picture to prove it! She's already a little diva. She loves wearing sunglasses.

You're ok in my book Steve Jobs. Wow, it's amazing what happens when you don't think through an idea all the way before making a decision. Apple has always exceeded people's expectations in the customer service arena, and I wonder with the success of the iPod and now the Iphone if Mr. Jobs has advisers that are not at all concerned with his loyal customers best interest, but instead with their own growing pocket books. HMMMMM! Anyhow, good for you Steve Jobs for doing the right thing. Also, I have to laugh at how many calls and emails Patrick got about his thoughts on the whole ordeal. I love that Patrick has become everyone's Apple info line. I guess it serves him right with his mission to get everyone he knows to own a Mac before 2010. On that note, here are a few pictures of the kids, and a quick story.
Normally when Connor wakes from a nap or in the morning, I hear him cry and I go in and get him. Not this morning. No, this morning he became a boy. I was doing the dishes and I heard a voice calling "Mom". Our air conditioner is shot so we have our windows open ( complete different, miserable story) but I just figured that voice was a different child outside. Nope, that was my baby calling "Mom", not even "Mommy". I sobbed. I called Patrick and Sobbed!

Ok, so As most of you know Patrick purchased the hugely awaited iPhone the day it came out. I knew for over a year that he was going to buy it and had been so warned with him saving up all of his birthday and Christmas money. Also, as most of you know, Patrick shows great loyalty to Apple. He is a Mac user through and through. Ok, with that said I have to say I am royally ticked off that after only 8 weeks the iPhone has been reduced in price by $200. How wrong is that. Well first of all I have to say it's wrong to charge $600 for a phone and it's wrong on our part as a society to pay it, but what kind of message is Apple sending to their long time loyal followers who waited in lines and completely created this huge hype over their product to just turn around and spit in their faces. Shame on you Steve Jobs and all of you at Apple for treating your long time loyal customers so poorly. Is this how you thank people for raising your stock prices and making you billions. Low Lifes!
Oh yeah, on that note. Here are some pictures of the kids
